The figures shown below present a summary of relationships between KIR genes organised by telomeric and centromeric content. The aim
of these figure is to describe the strongest relationships among the different KIR genes. Values are shown in percentages.
The presence of the genes are taken from the genotype list which is available on the website.
For instance in the first figure, 3DL3 was found to be present 59% of the times that 2DS2 was also present. On the
other hand, only 1% of the times both were absent as shown in the second figure.
